DESCRIPTION

Ipamorelin is a peptide selective ghrelin/growth hormone (GHS) receptor agonist and growth hormone secretagogue. It is a pentapeptide with the amino acid sequence Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, derived from GHRP-1.

Ipamorelin significantly increases plasma growth hormone levels. The drug stimulates endogenous growth hormone production rather than replacing it. Clinical studies have shown that ipamorelin stimulates body weight gain in animals.

Like pralmorelin (GHRP-2) and GHRP-6, ipamorelin does not affect levels of prolactin, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, or thyroid-stimulating hormone. However, unlike pralmorelin (GHRP-2) and GHRP-6, ipamorelin does not stimulate the secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone or cortisol, and is highly selective for inducing growth hormone secretion only.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

Rehabilitation: accelerates recovery after surgery, injuries, and fractures, and reduces catabolic processes (muscle breakdown).

Sports medicine: increases lean muscle mass, improves strength and endurance, and promotes effective lipolysis (fat burning).

Anti-aging therapy: maintains growth hormone levels, improves skin elasticity, stimulates collagen synthesis, and improves sleep.

Cosmetology: improves skin texture and reduces swelling.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

The lyophilized form of ipamorelin is usually injected subcutaneously into the fatty tissue (often in the abdominal area). The average recommended dose of ipamorelin is 0.3–0.6 mg per day. Possible injection frequency: 3 times daily, 0.1–0.2 mg (morning, afternoon, evening). The course duration is 1–3 months.

To achieve a synergistic effect, MOTS-c can be combined with other peptides, such as CJC-1295. Consult your doctor regarding individual dosage selection, administration schedule, and drug compatibility.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Ipamorelin is considered a relatively safe drug, but it has a number of strict contraindications. These include: pregnancy and lactation, active cancer, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, endocrine disorders, and individual hypersensitivity to the drug’s components.

SIDE EFFECTS

Side effects are rare and typically include temporary headache, dizziness, drowsiness after injection, mild fluid retention, or tingling in the extremities. Increased appetite is rare and less severe than with other GHRPs (e.g., GHRP-6). Serious reactions are unlikely if the dosage is followed. Immediately report any side effects to your physician.
